SPEAKING & WORKSHOPS
Meaningful learning begins when people can recognize themselves in the material.
RiceCo creates neuroscience-informed speaking and learning experiences that help participants understand how people think, respond, connect, and lead—particularly under pressure, amid change, and in periods of complexity.
Through relatable stories, credible research, guided reflection, and practical application, participants explore how people respond under pressure, build trust, navigate change, and shape workplace culture.
Each experience is developed with the audience and organizational context in mind, creating opportunities for learning that continue beyond the room.
