About RiceCo
Leadership with clarity. Growth with intention. Work that honors the human experience.
A Human-Centered Practice
RiceCo was created to support individuals, leaders, and organizations in navigating complexity with clarity, compassion, and grounded presence.
This work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership development, and organizational psychology—bridging research and practice to support meaningful, sustainable change.
At its core, RiceCo is about creating spaces where people can:
think more clearly
connect more authentically
and lead in ways that align with who they are
Because leadership is not just what we do—it’s how we show up.
Meet Christie
Christie Rice is the Founder of RiceCo and a doctoral candidate in Organizational and Leadership Psychology with a concentration in neuroscience.
Her work focuses on neuroscience-informed leadership, workforce development, and organizational development—particularly within behavioral health and mission-driven systems.
With over 20 years of experience across public, nonprofit, and corporate sectors, Christie brings a scholar–practitioner lens to her work—integrating research, lived experience, and relational practice.
She has led and supported initiatives in:
leadership development
organizational change
workforce sustainability
and systems-level transformation
Christie’s approach is grounded, relational, and deeply human—helping individuals and organizations move from reactivity to intention, and from disconnection to meaningful engagement.
Why This Work Matters
Through years of experience, one truth has remained clear:
Leadership is not only cognitive—it is emotional, relational, and physiological.
Many leaders are asked to perform, produce, and respond—often without the space to reflect, regulate, or reconnect.
Over time, this creates:
disconnection
overwhelm
and unsustainable ways of working
RiceCo exists to create a different kind of space—one that supports both people and performance, without sacrificing well-being.
What Guides the Work
This work is grounded in a commitment to:
Clarity — supporting thoughtful awareness and decision-making
Compassion — approaching people and systems with care
Connection — strengthening relationships and communication
Courage — engaging in honest, meaningful dialogue
Sustainability — building practices that support long-term growth
These principles shape how we work with individuals, teams, and organizations.
