Neuroscience-Informed Leadership & Well-Being
NeuroWell® 90 is a 90-day, individual and cohort-based program designed to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and sustainable leadership practices. This program is especially suited for individuals navigating burnout, transition, or the demands of leadership in complex environments.
Through guided practices, facilitated dialogue, and applied neuroscience, participants build the internal capacity required to lead with steadiness, presence, and intention.

Identity, Self-Authorship & Leadership Integration
LOTUS® is a cohort-based leadership development pathway for women in mid-career transition, expansion, or recalibration. This work centers identity development, boundaries, authorship, and leadership presence—grounded in adult development theory and neuroscience.
LOTUS is not traditional coaching. It is a developmental pathway designed for women ready to engage deeply with who they are becoming as leaders.
